This page outlines the purpose of the Truckaxic application and explains exactly why — and how — our quote-request form verifies your email address with Google Sign-In.

What this application does

Truckaxic is the website of a truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. Visitors use the site to learn about our dispatch services and to request a free quote through the contact form.

Why we sign you in with Google

The final step of the quote form asks you to verify your email address with Google Sign-In. This confirms the email you typed belongs to you, so our dispatch team can actually reach you — and it blocks spam and fake quote requests.

Exactly what we receive from Google

Only two things: your Google account email address, and Google’s confirmation that the account is verified. That is all. The form cannot be submitted until the email you typed matches the Google account you signed in with.

What we never access

  • Your Google password — it is only ever entered on Google’s own sign-in window.
  • Your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google service data.
  • We do not send email from your account, and we do not request permission to.

How verification works

  1. 1Fill in your details on the quote-request form, including the email where we should reach you.
  2. 2On the final step, a Google Sign-In window opens separately. Sign in with the Google account that owns that email.
  3. 3If the Google account email matches the email you entered, the form is submitted to our dispatch team. If it does not match — or you close the window without signing in — the form is not submitted.

Both addresses — the email you typed and the Google-verified email — are stored with your quote request so our team knows the request is genuine.

Revoke access at any time

Signing in grants this website access only to the identity information described above. You can revoke it whenever you like from your Google account: Google account permissions. Revoking does not delete a quote request you already submitted — email us at info@truckaxic.com if you would like your request removed.
